Unfortunately that laptop killed its hard drive last week so it’s under warranty repair and caused me a lot of damages. I’m trying out a Macbook Pro right now.

i have had this laptop for about a month now and i find it awesome. i bought it to game World of warcraft and im getting around 20-30 fps with the terrain detail and enviroment detail at max and spell detail at mid with no lag whatsoever

I completely agree. I have already lost the brand loyalty..:) Now whoever gives a better product, and provided I really need it, I will go for that particular stuff, no matter it’s AMD or Intel..

I remember way back when AMDs were considered the low-end cheapo stuff with overheating issues etc. Now they’ve caught up just fine eh?

I agree. HP kicks that Dell butt any given day in current scenario. No wonder Dell’s not numero uno anymore. They need to learn to make value for money things, rather than relying on discounts and coupons to boost up their sales.

I configured a cheaper NC6400 for a friend last week. Bliss..bliss..with student discounts and stuff, a sweet C2D arrived for less than 1000USD!! {can outperform your AMD any day… :-P} Just kidding..

Hey, you didn’t take a clear picture of the volume and quickstart touchpad. That was probably my favorite part of the laptop. Fry’s lent it to me while they were fixing mine for the 2nd time. And guess what, I need to take it back for a 3rd…probalems with the operating system. I’m milking that warrantee for what it’s worth

Funny, I just got the DV2000 this afternoon for my wife. Has a smaller 14″ screen and came with 2GB of memory. Great sale at officeMAX.
