		<description>I'd be careful about where you use it. if the content returned by the Ajax calls are critical to the SEO and has a lot of good keywords, do not use it. But for other smaller parts to speed up the process of sign-ups etc. it should be good. 

Also note that unless the results are something that needs to be processed by a complicated PHP or ASP code that taps into your database etc, it's often easier to preload everything and use simple Javascript to handle the content. 

I see Ajax as basically a steroided version of Javascript, with much more capacity for database interaction!</description>
